This last mile delivery company was drowning in contractor paperwork. With 30+ onboards and offboards monthly, their HR team spent hours sending follow-up emails, tracking document collection, and manually checking background check status. The custom recruiting system built on Notion wasn't connected to anything else.
We built an automated workflow system that monitors their email inbox, triggers the right follow-up emails when items complete, and tracks everything in a single dashboard. Managers now review evidence with screenshots and check boxes to complete the process. No more wondering if steps were missed.
